A few pieces can make a big difference
- Sofas, recliners and upholstered chairs
- Dressers, tables, desks and bookshelves
- Bed frames, headboards and dining sets
The exit matters as much as the furniture
Tell us where each piece sits and how it gets outside. A sectional in a ground-floor living room is a different job from a sleeper sofa behind a tight basement turn. Mention glass tops, stone surfaces, reclining mechanisms and unusually heavy wood furniture before pickup.
Keep the replacement delivery in mind
If new furniture is on the way, ask about removal before the delivery date. Empty drawers and shelves, set aside hardware you want to keep, and leave a clear route to the door. You do not need to dismantle a piece before asking us about it.
Questions about furniture removal
Can I have just one piece removed?
Yes. Call with the item, location and access details so the pickup can be priced for that specific job.
Do I need to put the furniture at the curb?
Describe where the furniture is now. Indoor removal can be discussed when we review stairs, doorways and the carry to the truck.
What about a sleeper sofa?
Tell us it has a pull-out bed. The extra weight and mechanism affect handling, particularly on stairs.
